I am still lauging at the AC Press article from earlier in the week.  It seems Rock Colasurdo, airport administrator and former councilmen of Abestos Allegations fame, got his picture in the paper.

The story talked about our high hopes on the airport and $ 3 million dollar investment.  It is interesting to note that Council is claiming it comes from grants.  Probably. But if we are so good at getting grants why do we need a lobbyist?

Rock mentioned that some issues had to be resolved before all this work could have started.  I wonder if he is referring to the removal of the fill-dirt.  Last thing, Mayor Steve allegedly said about the subject was that good people make mistakes.  I wonde what that meant.

Of course, of all the improvements, the actual shifting of Academy Road was not mentioned.  Supposedly, that road is too close to the airport and must be moved.  But we have never done that.

Finally, rounding out the comedy was Sam Rodio and Mickey Pullia, proving that if you do not have anything smart to say, it is best to say nothing.

Let's see, Sam said that executives will use the airport because of NJ Manufacturing and Atlanticare.  That is some interesting logistics since the HQ for NJM is in Trenton and the HQ for Atlanticare is in Galloway.  I guess the Atlanticare CEO can take flight from the AC Airport to Hammonton.

And Mickey talked about the fact that we have some sort of acrobatic device.  That is useful.  Maybe the executives from Atlanticare will do aerial acrobatics with their jets at our airport.  That is why they will want to fly here from Galloway!!!!

I just love this post! Your right Sam and Mickey together if they worked real hard could not complete a sentence. Then you have Rocky in charge of the airport who has never flown a private plane let alone a paper airplane and he is in charge of the airport. That's like putting an animal trainer in charge of NASA! Now another question if things don't go as planned at the airport will this be because of the KKK involvement? Lastly, Steve said even good people make mistakes! Was that an accident that all that fill dirt was taken or was it intentional? Didn't his parents ever teach him not to take anything you don't pay for? I also heard that months later when they started on the lake park project that dirt mysteriously was finding it's way to his properties until he got caught. How many times does someone have to make mistakes before they realize they are mistakes? I was always taught you learn from your mistakes!!!! I guess he didn't.

I guess that's why they are so desperate to get Stockton here so they can learn how to talk and how to calculate numbers! I knew they had a motive!

Great more a-holes.  Only these will have wings.

The Lobbyist has his work cut out for him. Hammonton has already been told to raise the money themselves by raising real estate taxes. The School Board was told the same thing by the State a few years back.  They have a long road ahead of them.
