They started digging in the wrong spot. While digging tostart the foundation of the new town hall, it was discovered by a town official that the hole had been dug in the wrong place. The hole was quickly filled back in to cover up the mistake and everything is being relocated to the correct spot. How could the Mayor (a developer), the Town project overseer Steve DiDonato(a builder), The builder (Dolan Mecahanical), and the inspector(Mcloud Group) all have missed this? Looks like we are in for a LONG building project.

Hope we hear more soon, is this possible?
What next? They read the plans upside down.
Here is the real story... Jerry Vitalo ordered the highway department to do some illegal digging at the Lake in violation of State Division of Environmental Protection rules. He also authorized the purchase of materials without a proper quote. He received two quotes from companies owned by the same person and claims to have another "verbal" quote. The Town Clerk had to explain that councilpeople cannot start bid processes on their own and there is no such thing as a "verbal" quote.

Remember, Rich Jacobus was a big Republican in 2005, then a big Democrat in 2006. He helps coordinate the attacks with the Republicans and Democrats. He told me that MacLane is an idiot so he has to do the strategizing.
