Proposed plans have been presented to address the parking problems at the Hammonton Lake Park. A lot of thought and work has gone into these plans. Information was gathered from all of the organizations who utilize the facilities at the park. Now it is the public's turn to look at these plans and give any inout you might have. Some concerns do remain: -loss of shade trees in this plan. -walking track crosses traffic lanes -moving entrance to the park -access by emergency vehicles
Here is our opportunity to discuss in a wide open forum and other ideas or concerns that arise from this proposed plan. To see the plans, Click here.
I am glad Robin Ripa spoke out against this. It is another stupid Hammonton First idea. GO ROBIN!
Why did Robin Ripa stand up and speak out against new ball fields at the Lake and also the skate park during the Chat with the Mayor? They are nice things for the kids. Why would she bash that?

Robin Ripa did not speak against these plans. The chat with the Mayor was supposed to be an exchange of ideas so that all subjects were thought about and discussed and all answers could be found. It seems because Robin asked some questions, some people want to turn that against her. Many other people asked questions that night too, were they bashing too? We keep hearing about "open government", however, whenever someone asks questions the very people who claim "openess" think they are being attacked. It's time to elect people who really do represent the average Hammontonian and really want to listen to the people.

Robin's comments are videotaped for all to see. She was against this. I think she should explain for herself why that is the case.
We are glad this was video taped so all can see that all Robin was doing was asking questions. Why are you so afraid of questions. That is how democracy works. She asked about trees, which is a big concern here in Hammonton. She asked about emergency access, which is a big public safety concern. Why are you so afraid of questions. That is how we make sure all bases are covered and all contigencies are thought of before a project is undertaken. Questions can bring about cheaper and more effective ways of doing things. I'm sure in the committee meetings there were questions brought up, or at least I hope so. But then again, maybe not! It seems like the Firsters only want the public to listen and follow them blindly like a bunch of lemmings.

I was at the mayor's chat and Ms. Ripa didn't speak against the project. She asked very good questions. Firsters just hate it when people ask questions. Many in town are afraid to speak up or ask simple questions that affect us taxpayers. Thank you Ms. Ripa for not being afraid to speak up. I thought the purpose of the mayor's chat is for people to ask questions and share ideas not to simply nod your head yes and be submissive to some ruling class.
Firsters just hate it when people ask questions. Many in town are afraid to speak up or ask simple questions that affect us taxpayers. There have been many governments around the world where people did not ask questions, where people just blindly followed the leader. I believe we are currently at war with a couple of them.
Hammonton First hates us because of our freedoms!!!!

Aren't the Democrat candidates allowed to answer questions for themselves?
I know this might be a tough concept for you to understand, but the Democrats are a TEAM. The answers you see from the Democrats are the result of a team who is on the same page and has discussed these issues. We are in this campaign as a team.
From the Hammonton First game playbook, The Big Lie, first coined by Adolf Hitler in his 1925 autobiography Mein Kampf, was made famous by Joseph Goebbels, propaganda minister for the Third Reich. The idea was simple enough: Tell a whopper (the larger the better) often enough and most people will come to accept it as the truth. During World War II, the predecessor of the CIA, the Office of Strategic Services, described how the Germans used the Big Lie: "[They] never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it."

Why are the candidates not allowed to answer? Does their puppet master tell them they must only let the admin speak for them?

The Democrat candidates are not permitted to say anything without it being approved by their puppet master.

We all know that's not true. Democrats are the most vocal of all candidates. They're indpendent free thinkers that aren't scripted like Hammonton First. All you have to do is read HG and see that they're reading from the same script.
