Last night (1/15) Former Mayor Anthony ingemi lost his battle with cancer and passed away. He was a true friend and servant to all the people of Hammonton and one of our most popular Mayor's ever. The Hammonton Democratic club joins with the rest of the community of Hammonton in grieving for our good friend. He is at rest now, we will keep Anthony and his family in our prayers. As soon as arrangements are announced we will post them on the HammontonDems.com website.
Let us all remember the good times and good things about this wonderful person. He never put himself first...I am with you Jim may he now rest in peace, he was one of my best friends.He was always there when you needed him, I along with so many other will miss him.The town is now missing this great person.Rest in peace Anthony.
Rest in peace Anthony. Anthony was the type of mayor who when he shook your hand, he shook it as a friend a loyal servant of Hammonton. With him, people coming first was not some slogan.

It's kind of interesting that only the Democrats website has any mention of Mayor Ingemi. Our Republican website has no mention and of course Hammonton First never gives any credit to anyone else not in their party so they won't mention the great things Mayor Ingemi has done. If anything, Hammonton First won't give Mayor Ingemi credit for this time in office.
