The Action News helicopter has been hovering over Washington Street for quite some time now. The street is completely blocked off by police and fire department equipment and personell. The unconfirmed story we have heard is that a meth lab was busted on Washington Street.

How can this be put on HF .  I would put this on the police.  maybe if they did there job this would not happen.  now we have drugs in the schools and in our town.  wake up people.

It is about time we go after these drug dealers who are hurting our community. Put politics aside and get the drugs out of Hammonton. A meth Lab operating in Hammonton, I am pissed off because this ruins people.

Anyone invovled should also go to jail. Drugs ruin people and hurts the local kids. Thanks to the law enforcement for shutting down this operation.

Maybe if Hammonton First would support our police instead of attacking them and denying every request for more officers and equipment, the police could do their jobs properly. Oh, I know you are going to point out that 3 officers have been hired recently, but the Attorney General of the State of NJ siad we need much more than that. HF thinks they are smarter than everyone. Their only goal is to get themselves re-elected and to stay in power, no matter what the consequences. Well, we found out now that the consequences can be very dire. Not only do we have a serious drug situation at this house, we could have had a disasterous explosion. And I'm sure we all know that this probably isn't the only one in town. We need responsible leadership in government and we need it before something awful happens.

Anthony Marino is the logical choice to turn things around in Hammonton.

Anthony sure is the guy to get a conviction. He knows how to tamper with evidence.  He did a bang up job with the breathalizers in Winslow.  200 convictions overturned.

Right, blame the police instead of the loser who was living there growing pot. I guess all the neighbors who lived near him and heard all the rumors for years didn't know anything about it. They turned a blind eye. Right blame the cops. It's their fault. I bet this guy is supplying all the locals kids with pot and God only knows what else.

I agree. This guy is a disgrace and anyone associated with this drug activity is a disgrace. Get him out of Hammonton and put him in jail. I have very little sympathy for a drug dealer.

No one was in danger.  The Chief's decision was the correct descision.  Beside that the men and women of the Bomb Squads and the other outside agencies would never allow anyone to be in danger.  Like the Chief they are true professionals.

Get a life.

HELLO, lives were saved because of the police force.  If it wasn't for them, many could have died if they didn't do the bust in the first place.

to set the record right.  The feds, state and county handled this raid our part was very very small. but the local police and fire guys, did a great job .
