Anthony Falcone, a Hammonton Democratic icon shows his full support for the Democratic team

To the editor:

I always look back upon my years of service on Town Council with gratitude and pride. Gratitude to the people of Hammonton for the giving me the honor of representing them and pride in always putting the citizens ahead of special interests. I now have assumed a new role in elective politics, that of concerned voter. I must admit it is easy to become cynical in that role. It is easy to expect the very least from our elected officials. We just assume that they will only look out for the campaign contributors, to try to give jobs to friends and to change zoning laws to benefit their own real estate holdings.

But this year, we do not have to set such low expectations. The Hammonton Democrats have nominated a candidate for mayor who is a true leader that represents what is best in us. Joe is not a politician with something personal to gain from holding office. He is a man of integrity, vigor and vision with the strength and discipline to do the harder right rather than the easier wrong.

Joe is joined by a top-rate team. Jim Scarpato is a proud member of Local 54 and will bring keen insight to Town Council on the needs of Hammonton's working families. There will not be one day when he does not give every ounce of his effort in fighting for you. Carmen Villani serves as the senior warden and sexton of St. Mark's in Hammonton. His gift for bringing people together is needed now more than ever on Town Council. As for Mike Ammirato, we have fought in the political arena together and I know him to be a person of character. He will bring honor and decency to the council chamber.

To my supporters and all citizens who desire a town government that is as good as the citizens themselves, I encourage them to elect Ingemi for mayor, and Ammirato, Villani and Scarpato for Council. Through them, our dream of a better Hammonton will finally become a reality.

Anthony Falcone

Falcone does not include Kelly for Freeholder?, even Anthony Falcone is smart enough to know Curcio is going to win.

I see more Giordano signs then Curcio signs.  Why's that?

That's because Giordano is running against an a highly paid Atlantic City fire administrator that was in charge when a sex scandal took place in one of his firehouses. His men are being fired because one of them was masturbating in front of a few16 year old teenage girls.

If this sex story in the AC fire dept. gets in the newspaper, this fire administrator will be forced to resign because he has no chance of winning. Besides Giordano and Curcio are very good for Hammonton.

You didn't answer why Curcio has less than Giordano.  Don't the same people deliver the signs or them.  I guess it's because I see Giordano lots of times and rarely ever see Curcio.

You wish Curio was running against Kelly.  Read the signs on the 100+ Hammontonians
Yards.  Hammonton will vote SAM MENTO III to the Freeholder Board. The tax and spend double dipper jimmy the invisible man is finished!  Mento will represent Hammonton and the rest of the forgotten western portion of the county.

What a surprise. Torissi got his mug in the paper three times this week. However,  his local candidates werent pictured anywhere. What a terrible leader. Who is running for the local reps this year?  Frank D was Rep Pres. for eighteen years, I dont recall seeing his picture in the paper. But, he always had his team in the spot light. I guess Torissi is gearing up to challange Sam Mento for Freeholder in 2012.

At least they didn't put a sign up blocking a stop sign and which caused a nearly fatal accident. Gee I thought HF would be stealing the democratic signs this year like they did 2 years ago. I guess they just don't have the energy. I guess when they say a brighter future they mean use the clapper light cause they are even to lazy to get up to turn on a light switch but not to lazy to go to the dinner table.

From what I can see Mento has signs on PRIVATE propery.  Jimmy the tax and spend double dipper has his signs on public property.  Good thing Jimmy has his picture on them because most people don't know what the invisible man looks like.

In this decade so far, the Dems have run thee people for mayor (2001, 2003, 2005).  All three lost.

They've run three candidates each year for council (2000-2008).  That is 27 slots total.  Every one of them lost except Anthony did win one time.  So even though they are 0-3 in mayor elections and 1-26 in council, Anthony is their lone winner.

Who else could they use for the letter?

While you are watching the past, the present is passing you by. The tide has turned and the public knows who is the most qualified and who can lead Hammonton into the future.

I guess you have to feel bad for the Democrat Club.  No wonder they are so negative.
