We certainly have heard alot about NJM opening in Hammonton and the downtown sidewalks.

Former Hammonton Mayor John DiDonato said NJM's commitment speaks volumes to other companies looking to expand in the town. "This groundbreaking sends the message to the business world that Hammonton is the place to be,"  (http://www.allbusiness.com/construction/construction-overview/12583465-1.html)

Current Mayor Steve DiDonato stated:
Nationally the economy is still having some difficulties and while it has affected many families locally, Hammonton is better positioned than anywhere else to weather this storm. We will see some exciting boosts to our local economy begin in 2010. After years of planning, approvals and construction, New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance will complete its beautiful new facility on Route 54 by the end of this year. It is the largest non-casino private development in Atlantic County. If you havent had a chance to ride by and see the new project, please take a drive and see it for yourself, its a very impressive addition to our town and we welcome them." (

Go to the HF website (http://www.hammontonfirst.com/documents/accomplishments.pdf) and read how HF takes credit for the downtown sidewalks.

Why not since the Twelve Apostles has there been a group so dedicated to doing good.

But the facts on the ground say differently. If we are to look at the late former Mayor Anthony Ingemi's address to Council on January 1, 2005 (long before HF cam around), we would see the following "This past year, we have seen new curb cuts and Phase I of the curb andsidewalk project is completed. New businesses continue to join us. New

Jersey Manufacturers has made application to the Planning Board for

its new claims center in Hammonton, which will create approximately 300

new jobs. It will be a welcome addition to an already growing job

market in Town."

So those accomplishments happened before HF, led by one of the most quiet and dignified men to ever serve us on Council, Anthony Ingemi.  So next time you hear your neighborhood Firster crow about some of these accomplishments.  Tell them about Anthony Ingemi...they probably do not know about him because he never bragged about himself.

That's always the way it is. When the really caring people do all good things they don't want to be recognized they kinda stay in the background. However, when you have arrogant people like HF who do absolutely nothing for the people of this community they brag. It's like the old story about money. The really wealthy people cry poor all the time while the poor always brag about how much money they have. Same goes for HF they brag about all the things other good people do because they have done nothing good and have to take credit for what others have done. Low class phonies.
