This just in from the May 23, 2005 Town Council Meeting.  The Council with Democrats and Republicans on it, cut , yes, cut sewer rates.

Reduce Sewer Rate

Motion by Councilperson Bertino, seconded by Councilperson Falcone,

authorize Solicitor to prepare ordinance to reduce residential sewer

rate from $450.00 to $400.00 per year.

ROLL CALL Yeas: Bertino, Clark, Falcone, Morano, Olivo,

S. Lewis and Mayor Ingemi.

Nays: None.

Mayor Ingemi declared the motion carried.

Since HF came one board, we take from the water and sewer department to pay for our municipal projects.  HF, I salute your ability to spread your interpretation of events but saving the taxpayers money was valued before your came into existence.

Watching the council meeting I can't keep from laughing. I watched these meetings for many years and never ever did I see a councilperson have to read from a script. Every HF councilperson has to read from their paper. What would happen if they lost that paper before the meeting would they have to cancel the meeting? From what I hear the meeting is really short because the town is in big trouble and HF figures if they ignore all the problems they will go away. WOW it's scary to think what will be happening in the next few months. Maybe Hammonton is being audited like all the other towns. Ut O!The taxpayers welcome an audit to get the truth! Oh and Jim B. wipe your nose you have brown on it.

Never happen! The Gazette can't print the truth it will upset too many people. Our open government can't let the taxpayers know the truth?

Is Jim B running on the Hammonton First ticket or the republican ticket? He really sucks up to Hammonton First I wonder why? Especially since they criticized his fellow republicans.
