As I reflect on the past week, I can't help but wonder what is happening with HF.  I always thought they were the group that brings people together to work out political differences.  Now, I am starting to wonder.....

-Why did Jerry Barberio vote against the change orders at the Canoe Club?  I think this is the first time that HF has ever voted separately on an issue.

-Why did Steve "Open and Honest Government" DiDonato hire a lobbyist?  On Jan. 1, he appointed a Grants Committee made up of Sam Mody, Jim Donio, Susan Coan, Bob Reitmeyer, Barberio and Gribbin.  Does he feel they are not capable? Two of them were his own running mates and another is the HF's biggest campaign contributor according to ELEC reports.

-Why is Eddie Wuillerman the Water and Sewer Advocate?  Doesn't Steve thing that Councilman Rodio and Pullia are capable of handling the public works committee.

-Why were Lewis and Barberio passed over for Deputy Mayor?  They are more senior than Mr. Rodio.

-Why did Ed Wuillerman become President of HF jumping over all those alleged volunteers?

I could be wrong.  Maybe I am reading too much into it. Perhaps, the simpler solution is the right one and there is no logic to HF.  But these things just seem strange.

A funny thing happened to me on the way to the boat house.I just now remembered that Councilman Jerry B. was the leader of the boat house project. If he was really that leader and he was against the change orders why would the rest of them support the change. Why would the new mayor with mickey and Gribbon support something they weren't there for???strange is the word here. could there be a cover-up going on here???????????????Me thinks there is more than meets the eye.

I smell something fishy too at the Canoe Club! Why aren't they talking about why they won't let anyone use this new facility built for our community? Why won't the seniors go there? When is phase II going to start and where is the money coming from? Why did they tear down the old building before they got the permit from the pinelands commission? How were they able to chop down so many old trees some in the wetlands - what about the ecology at the lake, the wildlife, and the laws that protect the wetlands? Why were the change orders done before they knew the cost and before the change orders were approved? There are many inconsistencies and so many unanswered questions that no one is willing to answer. Dam it it's our money!

It is my understanding that Councilman Jerry Barberio is the one who submitted the $11K in change orders and then voted against them. Is he bipolar?

they must be up to something sneaky. He was the only one to vote against what the rest of them are voting for?  That never happens. Even Bertino voted for it? You bet, they have something up their sleeves and it is not their hamhock arms.

Are we paying these people on the grant committee too? It seems as though all these people on these committees have something to gain? It never used to be this way. Greed has consumed our town.

Notice how HF don't answer questions that are the truth because they can't. The only answer they know how to give is about no new taxes. Whip-t-do. No new taxes but a huge debt. Why won't they talk about the cost of the new town hall, Canoe Club, and all the money they are spending at the airport and nothing is getting done. Notice they ain't talkin!
