Democrat Rich Jacobus supports John Bee in bringing low income housing to Hammonton...

Based on the successful Democratic vote to bring in Plymouth Place, Rich Jacobus is supporting fellow North Jersey native John Bee in bringing in another development for low income people.  This will help people from Atlantic City to be able to afford to live in our town.  GO RICH GO!

I guess the Democrats feel the extra taxes Plymouth Place costs Hammonton are worth it.  Plymouth Place has over 100 kids in our school, but they don't have to pay property taxes.

Don't worry, the D boys won't let any "outsiders" in to the country of Hammonton.
Oh wait. I forgot, the puppet master has been knocked off his pedestal. No more power in Hammonton.

That's because the Republicans gave them a PILOT and refused to share it with the schools.

Barbara Berenato was the mayor when Plymouth Place was voted in.
The Democrats always want to blame others for their screw ups.

And Ed Wuillerman was on the planning board.

Once again, Barbara Berenato was the mayor of a Republican controlled council when Plymouth Place came to town...I believe more  Republican votes passed it then Democrat votes...Ed was on the Planning Board and voted yes.  Mayor and council could give the money from Plymouth Place to the school if they choose to do so. I don't think that will ever happen.

Maybe we can only let people move into Hammonton that make a salary on which everyone can agree.  Sounds like two new committees for HF

The Welcoming Committee for the Financial Staple

The We Will Only Educate the offspring of the Financially Staple

The Democrats are really pushing this Plymouth Place style project really hard.  I wonder why Rich Jacobus if helping his North Jersey buddy John Bee?  Hmm....

It's a shame how the uninformed people make ridiculous statements on this blog.
John Bee is proposing senior housing. I'm sure the seniors will be glad to hear that the Hammonton First party doesn't feel that the seniors in Hammonton are worth any investment by the town or developers. Hammonton First compares senior housing to low income housing. Let's see if the seniors remember this in November.

This is the same nonsense the Democrats tried to sell us on Plymouth Place.

Why are the Democrats in favor of letting John Bee have free property taxes and building another Plymouth Place.  I guess they must have Bee as a big campaign contributor.

John Bee has satisfied all back taxes on the property and pays taxes currently.

This is the same nonsense that Hammonton First tries to sell us on Senior housing.

Why is Hammonton First against letting John Bee build affordable senior housing. I guess they must have a big campaign contributor who is against it and another who isn't the developer or builder on the project.

John Bee was not paying his taxes before?  What a model citizen the Democrats are supporting.

Why do you want to give him free taxes now to build another Plymouth Place?

Hmmm....

John Bee's taxes are all paid up.
Unlike some other people in town who think they are big shots or hide their ownership behind LLC's.

To the Firster who has posted a few more times, you sound very angry and that you are lashing out at Jacobus out of frustration for a big loss like a job or prestige.  Are people you supported in the past bad-mouthing you at committee meetings?

The rumor mill is getting cranked up on the blog that John Bee is supporting the Dems.  We can just look that up in the ELEC reports.
But in the end, you assume I care about the Dems.  in reality, you may have seen me at a Hammonton First meeting a few times and even served me some spaghetti.

Maybe I believed that the Firsters were for all of Hammonton, even people that only lived here a few years and now you use having lived in North jersey as a way of attacking someone.  Maybe I thought that committee assignments were for everyone not the inner circle.

The divisions are growing and too many people know too much.

I guess the Dems don't care how high taxes go.

Kind of like when John DiDonato did not pay his water and sewer bills two years ago on Raspberry Run.

Seems this web site can only use rumors & lies to promote their agenda & bashing of other political groups!!

SHOW ME THE FACTS & DOCUMENTS TO SUPPORT & PROVE YOUR ALLEGATIONS !!!!!!!!   If not, then shut up.

You are right.  That was 2 years ago and he has probably finally paid his water and sewer bills by now.  Current Council people should learn from this...

3003 12 PULLIA, MICHAEL H & CHERIE LEE 6,653.35 TWS

Ironic since  this Council member actually does business with the Town as well.

The good times for HF are ending.  The walls are closing in.

NOTICE HOW SCARED THE DEMOCRATS GET WHEN THE TRUTH COMES OUT THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO RAILROAD ANOTHER PLYMOUTH PLACE THRU.  RICH JACOBUS AND JOHN BEE ARE PULLING THEIR NORTH JERSEY TACTICS IN OUR TOWN

Notice who is printing in all caps. That shows who is really scared. They continue to spread their propaganda about senior housing being low income. They are spreading lies because they have nothing to gain from John Bee's project. The only ones who do gain are the seniors and it is obvious the Firsters care nothing about the seniors.

Yes, almost as scared as HF seems to be of paying their own taxes, water and sewer.  That is over $6000 dollars owed by a member of council whose company does business with the Town.  Great example.

By the way, I think you caps lock is broke or something because your last message was all in capital.  Or maybe the truth is making you mad.

Our last mayor was behind in his taxes and current Councilman Pullia is behind in his taxes.

Dude go back to any late December issue of the Hammonton Gazette.  There's your proof.  A proof from someone in your own party.  It's Public Record.

This high stakes building developer must be close to bankruptcy since this is the only project he is forcing down our throats. We cannot continue to bailout high risk land and building speculators in New Jersey.

Risk-taker developers, like John Bee come and go but Hammonton residents must live with the consequences of what he leaves behind. No more tax breaks for highly risky developments like the Revel Casino project. If the project cannot stand on it's own merit, it should not be built period.
